The “Cuvée Blanche” White Vacqueyras 2014

 

Production : 5 000 bouteilles

Grapes : 25% Marsanne – 25% Grenache blanc

25% Bourboulenc – 25% Viognier.

Terroir : Clay, Limeston, Rocky

Vinification : After a total de-stemming, the fermentation period is during for 5 weeks, at low temperature.

Ageing : Stainless steel.

Alcool : 14°.

Tasting : Pale yellow with silver highlights. Nose of white fruits and citrus, white flowers notes of fennel, slightly minty. Ample mouth with a nice acidity that gives to this wine, a good length and persistence on white fruit notes.

Alliances dishes : Comté cheese with nuts – Ravioli with lobster.

Serving Temperature : 11°c.
