Tasting : A lot of elegance for this very aromatic wine with a pale yellow color and golden reflections. Subtle nose of white flowers and exotic fruits. Beautiful mineral attack on the palate and broad notes of citrus and lychee. This wine, fresh and mineral, imposes itself ,as a perfectly balanced wine.
