The “Cuvée Blanche” White Vacqueyras 2018

 

Production : 6 000 bottles.

 Grapes :

25% White Grenache
 – 25% Marsanne
 – 25% Bourboulenc
 – 25% Viognier.

Terroir : Clay – Limestone – Rocky.

Vinification : After a total de-stemming, the fermentation period is during for 5 weeks, at low temperature.

Ageing : Stainless steel.

Alcool : 14°

Tasting :

Pale yellow color with golden highlights. Discreet nose of youth with floral scents, citrus with a touch of anise. The palate is generous with a nice acidity, on aromas mixing pomelos, white peach and in the end of mouth, appears the pear. The flesh is fresh, a little mineral. Subtle notes of candied lemon and honey. A great typical southern white !
