Tasting : Beautiful bright golden yellow robe. Elegant nose combining exoticism and minerality that evolves towards acacia blossom and hawthorn. The mouth attacks on a pleasant freshness with an impression of quince jelly, then opens on the pear, the currant. Tart and juicy finish.
