Tasting : Deep color robe with a bright purple touch.The nose is bewitching with licorice, blackberry and cassis aromas complete with a slight roasted note. The taste is subtle, almost feminine, pulling on red fruits flavors and a hint of pepper. Elegant tannins reinforce this feeling of gluttony.
Alliances dishes : Potato gratin with porcini mushrooms – Duck with olives.
Laying down : Drink now untill 2024.
