Vinification : After a total de-stemming, the fermentation period is during 5 weeks, at low temperature
Ageing : Oak barrel of 600 liters, second wine, for 18 months.
Tasting : Beautiful yellow dress with gold highlights. This cuvée draws its singularity from its finesse. The nose is very aromatic: white fruits (pear, peach) and honey. The palate is complex (floral and lemony) and particularly elegant. Perfect balance between freshness and sweetness. Beautiful length on the palate with subtle hints of hawthorn and acacia.
Alliances dishes : Apéritif – Rabbit with mustard sauce.
