Vinification : After a total de-stemming, the fermentation period is during 5 weeks, at low temperature

Ageing : Oak barrel of 500 liters, second wine, for 9 months.

Tasting : Pale yellow with golden highlights. Very expressive nose of yellow fruit (apricot, peache) , cinnamon and slightly smoky notes , roasted ample mouth sustained by a beautiful freshness. The aromatic persistence is long on the notes of yellow fruits and roasted
